The following course qualifies as an Ethics Training Course for OLA Lobbyist Certification.
This seminar is certified for 2 hours of general CLE credit and will focus on Compliance Perspectives. The course will highlight best practices to avoid inadvertent violations of Ohio's Lobbying Laws. The seminar will conclude with a presentation by the Franklin County Prosecutor highlighting recent cases involving Ohio's Lobbying Laws.
