JLEC Updates Ohio Lobbying Handbook
The Joint Legislative Ethics Commission (JLEC) recently updated the Ohio Lobbying Handbook.
As you are aware, the handbook continues to be a tremendous resource in understanding the lobbying laws, and how they are applied and enforced, in the State of Ohio. The 2009-2010 version and the Frequently Asked Questions document can be accessed by clicking on the link below:

JLEC has asked the Ohio Lobbying Association and its members to provide any additional insight or suggestions for clarifications, as they will continue to make updates to the document.
