Executive Presence: Impact and Influence

How aware are you of how you are perceived by your colleagues, superiors and clients? How you communicate in the workplace is crucial to the level of impact and influence you can have with these important stakeholders. In this interactive session, ImprovEdge will guide attendees through exercises that demonstrate how you can use the art of improvisation and your own authentic presence to build trust, impact and influence. Using improv exercises, real-life examples, and a good dose of humor, we demonstrate immediately useful techniques for shaping how others perceive you, improving the clarity and effectiveness of your communications, and building long-term relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

You will:

  • Learn the four communication skills that are essential to building better relationships
  • Examine of different modes of influence, including effective questioning
  • Build awareness of influence based on presence, conversation and purpose
