OLA Certification Class: I'm Just a Bill (Drafter) - LSC Rock
County Commissioners Association of Ohio
Mark Flanders, Director of the Ohio Legislative Services Commission (LSC), and LSC staff will discuss tips, tactics and pointers for working with LSC more efficiently and effectively to make everyone's lives easier. This will include what lobbyists should know when working with LSC staffers, what information is helpful to drafters, and other best practices to aid those responsible for drafting all of the legislation, and potential legislation, introduced at the Statehouse.
Attendees are invited to bring lunch to the session, which will be held from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm.
This certification class is work 1.5 credit hours toward OLA Certification.
